Our Yellowfin Tuna is caught locally and is then blast frozen to ensure the freshness is locked in. The steaks need to be cooked and is not recommended to be eaten raw. Our Yellow Fin Tuna has a medium-mild flavour with a firm yet extremely tender texture.
